Job Description

We are seeking a qualified branch manager to lead and manage our new Auto Parts Outlet store in Miami, FL. This person must have strong sales experience and will be responsible for overall location performance, i.e., achieving our sales goals, safety, quality assurance, customer satisfaction goals, personnel, inventory, cash collections, and gross margin. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain sound management policies regarding the selection, direction, and motivation of employees, and will direct the total management of the facility.

Job Requirements

Candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our location. This includes

  • Hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring staff
  • Generating sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction & quality assurance
  • Maintaining an orderly workplace and monitoring safety protocols
  • Determining inventory levels & ensuring inventory is available as needed
  • Reviewing & monitoring sales to ensure profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
