Job Description

Supervise Inside Sales department in achieving sales goals and customer service levels. Oversees the overall coordination of in-house order filling activity and Route Salesperson(s)' delivery activity to achieve the Company's objective of excellent customer service

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: More than two years of prior telephone sales, customer service relations and/or route sales required or 1-2 years of previous Inside Sales Coordinator experience.

 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have knowledge of automotive parts and have patience, self-discipline, and good communication skills. A strong working knowledge of complete warehouse and Inside Sales Coordinator position. Must be familiar with the company's products and procedures. Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends. Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers and to internal personnel. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter. Must be able to lead and train others.

 MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE: Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must have the ability to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.

 WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
