Job Description

  • Supports Corporate Collections Accounts Receivables daily activities and provides guidance to ARC centers, locations, and collection agencies concerning collections' processes and procedures.​
  • Manage the corporate write-off process for all LKQ segments; ensuring write-offs adhere to policy, all documentation is provided, administering the associated email boxes, and direction to India staff.
    Administer the LKQCAC Box, communicate and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Work with third party collection agencies and internal LKQ staff concerning collection accounts, provide direction based on Company policy.
  • Work with multiple collection agencies to resolve any outstanding issues and collect payments.
  • Distribute collection reports to regions and/or locations as required.
  • Responsible for bankruptcy collections claims system verification.
  • Responsible for assisting HR with internal payroll collections.
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, or equivalent experience, is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products. Project oriented.
  • Must be attentive to detail.
