Job Description

  • Responsibilities for this position include providing thought leadership with the business and across the total rewards organization on all compensation topics, partner with other team leads to ensure consistency and align on approach to compensation program administration, and serve as compensation advisor to the SVP of HR & C-Suite with the ability to influence and drive decisions at this level.
  • Provide thought leadership with the business and across the total rewards organization on all compensation topics.
  • Drive consistency in compensation planning, program administration, annual cycles and comp program automation projects for designated business.
  • Partner with other team leads to ensure consistency and align on approach to compensation program administration.
  • Consult with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy.
  • Lead direction on market analysis and insights for new and existing roles in business.
  • Serve as compensation advisor to the SVP of HR & C-Suite - must be able to influence and drive decisions at this level.
  • Innovate and react quickly to changing business and market realities and demonstrate openness and flexibility to client needs and requests.
  • Partner closely with recruiting organization to help the organization hire the very best in a competitive market.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation consultant/analyst role.
  • Experience working with HRBP's, clients, and across HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated team leadership, partnership, influencing and communication experience.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and statistical packages.
  • Experiences in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
  • Experience with compensation analytics tools and surveys.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and practices
  • This position requires individuals to have the ability to sit for long periods of time and have strong concentration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
