Job Description

  • Prepare external reporting requirements, including various SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and earnings presentations, including:
  • Preparation of schedules used for footnote disclosures
  • Review of disclosure schedules provided by local accounting teams
  • Preparation of quarterly presentation for earnings call
  • Review purchase accounting and related disclosures for new acquisitions
  • Perform accounting research for various issues, as needed
  • Perform certain corporate-level accounting processes, including annual goodwill and intangible impairment tests
  • Maintain XBRL tags for 10-Q and 10-K filings
  • Review monthly financial statements and results of operations
  • Opportunities to work on projects with other groups in the company, including Consolidations, Accounting Policy and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • ´╗┐Assume other financial reporting projects, as needed

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of accounting work experience, including public accounting experience
  • CPA (or progress toward obtaining CPA) preferred
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Experience with SEC reporting and related requirements
  • Effective business writing
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to think critically with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with various levels of management
