Job Description

Responsible for managing inside sales team in a fast past call center environment. Implement group and individual sales training, performance reviews and goal-setting. Implement company marketing and sales growth plans. Responsible for recruiting and hiring wholesale and retail sales reps. Assist with customers complaints/concerns and labor claims. Help manage the reduction of damaged returns. Be familiar with company policies, procedures and products. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Assume other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Business/Marketing degree preferred.  Must have 2+ years Sales Mgr exp in a call center environment.  Must be able to work closely with others.  Attention to detail a must.  Must have excellent computer skills.
