Job Description

As a part of our growth LKQ is looking for a dedicated and passionate Inside Sales Manager with knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales Coordinators and the Outside Sales Team. Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage outside sales team
  • Manage inside ISC'S
  • Assist customers complaints ,concerns
  • Assist in determining all labor claims
  • Help manage the reduction of damaged returns
  • Implement company marketing and sales plans
  • Be familiar with company product
  • Know insurance qualification
  • Assumes other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):

Education & Experience: High School Graduate.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to work closely with others must pay attention to detail possibly travel some and work hours that may not be scheduled.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: must be able to lift at least 75 pounds and have flexibility to work with people in other department other than the one assigned.
