Job Description

  Verifies that the correct car has been delivered to us via the VIN#.

 Locates the vehicle and assigns the stock number onto that vehicle.

 Gathers vehicle information (color, SDN, CPE, or SUV etc..).

 Uploads vehicle information into Project X from a tablet.

 Files cover sheets in numerical order.

 Authorizes tow payments for received vehicles.

 Record and enter into inventory all useable parts for each vehicle.

 Enter vehicle and part locations via computer.

 Raymond lift and Fork Truck experience helpful, will train.

 Responsible for inventory cycle counts.

 Assume other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must be computer literate. Able to use or learn to use an RF scan gun, tablet, & computer.
Flexibility and Attention to detail is a must.  Responsible for all facets of the Inventory department.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
