Job Description

  • Responsible for resolving end user calls and/or work orders in a timely professional manner & maintain continuous communication within the department and our end users.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
  • Responsible for completing other duties / task's assigned.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Research questions using all available information resources
  • Convey complex technical solutions to novice end users
  • Follow all operational procedures / Log all pertinent communications with internal & external CX's
  • Administer various applications
  • Assess / redirect problems to appropriate resource as needed
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems / incidents / request and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Assist teammates in your specialized capacity.
  • Communicate important issues with the team.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well with others.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws regarding compensation is required.
  • Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.
  • This position requires sitting and typing for long periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail.
