Job Description

Keystone Automotive Operations is a LKQ Company.

Job Summary: Communicate directly with customers and distribution centers to facilitate returns, and resolve shipping and product issues.
Essential Job Duties:

Handle inbound communications from customers via phone, fax and email
Provide quality customer service in line with designated standards
Work with distribution centers, third-party carriers, and suppliers to resolve customer facing issues
Maintain communication with customers throughout resolution process
Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, data entry, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and customer service inquiries
Process special orders
Assume other duties as assigned
Additional related duties may be assigned as needed


Basic Qualifications: Computer proficiency; Punctuality and attention to detail; The ability to relate to our customers and help them solve problems.


Education and/or Experience: High school degree or equivalent.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well with others; Must have good customer relation skills; A calm demeanor, enthusiasm and energy to assist our customers with returns and resolution of the situations that arise; A desire to grow professionally.


Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be attentive to detail; Some travel required-Up to 5% and/or as needed; company shows such as Expo and BIG Shows


Preferred Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call-center environment; 2+ years of college; Bilingual, English and Spanish
Decision Making Examples:
Escalating or transferring calls as appropriate
Requesting assistance when needed
Identifying the most cost effective path to successfully resolve customer issues
