LKQ is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Dispatch Clerk to join our team. The Dispatch Clerk is accountable for accurately processing, assigning, and canceling work orders. The Dispatch Clerk must utilize our systems daily to ensure all ETAs are met. The Dispatch Clerk will also help locate inventory and adjustment maintenance as needed.

Hours: 9:30am-6pm

Essential Job Duties:

-Set routes with drivers

-Set up paperwork for incoming vendors

-Communicate with sales on delivery and route problems

-Communicate with warehouse and delivery staff

-Pass out work orders to be done

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

-High School Diploma/GED equivalent required

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi task 

-Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and computer experience

-Sits, stands, bends, lifts to 50lbs and moves intermittently during working hours

-Must have good written and oral skills

-Experience in warehouse/distribution center

-Must have excellent customer service

-We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual and safety-minded, with a strong work ethic

-You must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary
