As a part of our continued growth we are looking for a dedicated and passionate OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Champion/Ambassador. As a OKR Champion/Ambassador, you will be responsible for: Maintaining LKQ's OKR Framework and integrate it into the culture of the company, Drive the adoption of OKR's, Initiate and drive changes with numerous Managers across various Lines of Business, Be viewed as the OKR Subject Matter Expert, and maintaining internal OKR tools/systems . The OKR Champion/Ambassador will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service to internal and external customers always. Job Summary:
Maintain LKQ's OKR framework and integrate it into the culture of the Company.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Ensures the efficient implementation of the planning process that includes setting up workshops at all levels with the right group of participants, scheduling the planning process itself, setting reminders for submitting Quarterly OKR's and fixing OKR's when needed
2. Conduct Quarterly OKR Workshops
3. Efficiently assign resources
4. Help identify key strategic and operational objectives
5. Be the Subject Matter Expert for all matters relating to Objectives and Key Results
6. Ensure transparency and overview of the strategic OKR goals
7. Regularly communicate the vision, mission and strategy and how OKR's relate to them
8. OKC Quality Control: ensure that Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are well defined
9. Integration of the OKR tools into daily work: maintaining the OKR's on the intranet, ensuring the alignment and transparency of OKR's align with the goals of the Company
10. Inform Plant Manager of OKR concerns and identified inefficiencies
11. Highlight OKR's at risk and make recommendations to bring underperforming OKR's back on track
12. Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ's OKR system
13. Ability to train all staff members.
14. Assumes other duties as assigned.
15. Maintains all controlled documents relating to the OKR System
16. Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university; or one to two years related OKR Champion experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Confident communicator, Strong Organizational Skills, Strong Time Management Skills, Strong Project Management Skills, Experience training teams, Experience implementing company-wide projects, Leadership experience, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
