ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • RESEARCH, VERIFY AND DIAGNOSE INSTALL AND WARRANTY OPERATION AND DRIVABILITY ISSUES PERTAINING TO DRIVELINE.
  • DETERMINE AND CONFIRM CAUSE OF FAILURE OF RECYCLED AND REMANUFACTURED DRIVELINE PARTS UNDER LKQ OR VENDER WARRANTY.
  • PROVIDE ACCURATE PART AND APPLICATION INFORMATION TO LKQ SALES PERSONNEL AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
ASE AUTOMOTIVE CERTIFIED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVELENT AND ATTEND ADDITIONAL TRAINING WHEN AVAILABLE
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
TECHNICIAN:  GOOD DRIVELINE OPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING, THE ABILITY TO DIRECT OR EXPLAIN CORRECTIVE REPAIR.  TYPING, BASIC COMPUTER OPERATION AND EMAIL USE.
