Essential Job Duties:Responsibilities are to assist in the management of all the procedures that ensure efficient business operations with overall responsibility for office management, sales, quality, safety and revenue. Also assist in resolving active customer service or product problems and monitor customer purchase habits to detect and react to gains or lost business opportunities as quickly as possible.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, lift items that weight in excess of 25 lbs., work in changing weather conditions.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Assist in managing all business operations.

Ensure that all objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.

Monitor and ensure overall location performance.

Help provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives.

Help provide safety training and monitoring.

Education & Experience:

High School graduate. College coursework desired.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the Automotive industry.

1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
