Job Description

As part of our continued growth we are looking for dedicated and passionate Sales Guards.  As a Sales Guard you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying all incoming and outgoing customer parts invoiced and paid.  The Sales Guard will also be responsible for verifying all incoming customer parts and returns, verify paperwork, and direct customers to the appropriate retail sales personnel for action.  We are seeking candidates that are extremely motivated and are excited about the opportunity to support all operational and retail sale processes and procedures.  If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic individuals, you'll enjoy a career with us!

Job Requirements

Essential Job Duties: 
  • Direct, verify, inspect, and record all incoming/outgoing customer or employee purchased parts to ensure all parts are properly invoiced and paid. 
  • Handle incoming parts and returns and ensure they are matched to the paperwork. Prepare necessary forms, and direct customers to the appropriate sales personnel for action.
  • Monitor the work areas and immediately address any security situations with management.
  • Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
  • Display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a committment to providing the best in customer service.
  • Comply with estabished Company policies and procedures.
  • Initiates and supports the continual improvement of LKQ's quality improvement system.
  • Assume other related duties as assigned
