Job Description

Essential Job Duties may include:
  • Teardown, cleaning, washing, sorting, repairing, assembling, and machining based on assignment.
  • Follow all Standardized Work Instruction for the specific job you are assigned.
  • Use hand, power tools, wash tanks, and job specific machinery.
  • Use computer for specifications and pictures if required in Standardized Work Instructions.
  • Assure safety standards are used at all times and comply with all OSHA and L&I regulations
  • Follow established company policies that are outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Complete all other tasks that are assigned in your work area or another work area.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience: Complete Engine Assembly training boot camp (Internal training). Complete all training from Standardized Work Instructions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Competent in following all Standardized Work Instructions, can read specifications and verify pictures from the computer program if applicable for specific job assignment.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Lifting 5-50 pounds using proper lifting techniques or equipment, bending, and twisting. Standing for entire shift. Loud work environment. Personal Protective Equipment is required at all times including Safety Glasses, Steel toed boots, and Hearing Protection. Some cleaning jobs will also require use of Face Shield, Sleeve Protectors, Rubber gloves, and Apron. PPE Certification will be completed for each job assigned if additional PPE is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications: Engine Assembly, Remanufacturing and Engine Experience.
