  • Verify OEM Airworthiness Directive Compliance during return to service projects.

  • Organize and confirm records integrity, both electronic and paper versions (both purchasing and return to service).

  • Perform basic records bridging and workscope generation for RTS projects.

  • Audit Workscope to meet customer delivery conditions for RTS projects.

  • Audit Records to confirm workscope compliance.

  • Audit Invoice to confirm compliance to Quote.

  • Post-sale support -- in service troubleshooting -- parts logistics.

  • Part number research OEM IPC (FlyEmbraer).

  • Service Bulletin research OEM FlyEmbraer.

  • Technical Inspection research OEM FlyEmbraer.

  • Conduct Lease Audits as required.

  • When necessary, act as onsite AVI Liaison during RTS projects.

  • When necessary, act as liaison to Aircraft Services for parts support.

  • When necessary, act as Customer Liaison for post Aircraft sale support.

  • Assists in maintaining integrity of Engine Transport Stand tracking in Quantum.

  • Assist with Aircraft and Engine Preservation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Aviation background is necessary.
  • A&P License.
  • Experience with Embraer Regional Jets is preferred.
  • Assist with technical aspects of Aircraft return to service projects.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Highly motivated and team oriented.
