Essential Job Duties

  • Responsible for overseeing personnel, equipment, supplies and processing of department
  • Responsibilities consist of employee leadership and development, production level management in a fast-paced pick-pack environment
  • Internal and external communication with various levels of sales and management
  • Ensure fulfillment cost effectiveness, high quality and overall process efficiency
  • Establishes daily production goals and monitors performance to achieve these goals
  • Monitors production standards and develops programs to improve operations
  • Assists in coaching, & training team members on distribution processes and equipment
  • Lead the team effort to ship out customer orders, and pack shipments to specific requirements
  • Lead the team with keeping inventory organized and restocked including activities such as moving, counting, and consolidating inventory, supplies, pallets, and boxes
  • May serve on cross-functional teams
  • Formulate and implement systems, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business
  • Guide the team in problem solving daily
  • Coordinate and allocate tasks and resources to ensure operations run smoothly

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years related warehouse experience.
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Require excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong knowledge of personal computer use with skills in MSOffice
  • Experience with Forklift, order selector, pallet jack preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Be able to withstand heights of more than 15 feet.
