Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the adminstration of warranty claims.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Accept phone calls from customers regarding technical problems with installations and product perfornance in the field applications.
  • Provides guidance to customers regarding proper diagnostic methods and field repairs as necessary.
  • Initiate product claims and coordinates the order entry shipment of replacement engines to meet customers' needs.
  • Tracks claims progress and follows up on all claim activities leading to closure of product items.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Experience is customer service involving problem solving, preferably.
Extensive automotive experience is a must.
