  • PROVIDES GUIDANCE TO CUSTOMERS REGARDING PROPER DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS
  • INITIATE PRODUCT CLAIMS AND COORDINATES SHIPMENT OF REPLACEMENT ENGINES TO CUSTOMERS
  • TRACKS CLAIMS AND FOLLOWS UP ON ALL CLAIM ACTIVITIES
