Job Description

1. Manage payment application activities to meet or exceed key metrics established by the Company
2. Responsible for the management of account transactions in support of the receivables process,
including establishing and maintaining account reconciliations
3. Prepare and organize documentation, as necessary, to efficiently and effectively record check, credit
card, and PayPal payments from customers in a timely manner
4. Maintain a key list of internal and external contacts for each account.
5. Interface with internal and external contacts, including customer service, sales organization, and
senior management to reconcile and resolve disputed remittance items; make any necessary customer
account adjustments (to allow payment application to be completed accurately and timely)
6. Escalate unresolved customer account issues, tracking to final resolution. Document communications
and follow up to ensure all necessary actions are completed in order for payments to be made, and
reflected accurately on customer accounts
7. Create and review periodic and/or ad hoc reporting to address aging balances and unresolved
8. Initiate and support the continual improvement of standard Company process and procedures through
the increased use of technology and effective process improvement analysis
9. Assist with month end duties as needed.
10. Assumes other duties as assigned.
