JOB SUMMARY:

•    Responsible for providing timely and accurate consolidated financial information for internal and external reporting, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Development and maintenance of adequate internal control policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

* Prepare compilation and review of monthly branch financial statements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and revenue/expenditure trends.
* Prepare monthly divisional financial and key performance indicators for Management
* Produce annual budgets and stat metrics targets
* Work as the business/operations liaison to the consolidated Financial Service Center to ensure published financial accuracy and improvements, where applicable.
* Serve as conduit for communication with branches/divisions.
* Initiate & support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries’ quality improvement system.
* Perform/supervise routine audits as required. These audits will extend to manufacturing/warehouse settings
* Assumes other duties as assigned.​


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

•    BA/BS degree in accounting or finance required and CPA professional certification preferred with Cost Accounting experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILTIES:

•    Must have the ability to manage and direct personnel and effectively communicate across all levels within the organization. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact well with others and be able to handle multi-task functions. Able to schedule priorities and be detail oriented.

MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:

•    MS Office (expert Excel proficiency required)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

•    Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Approximate 50% Travel requirement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•    7+ years of experience in a publicly held manufacturing or distribution environment desired.

•    Experience with business analytics software a plus (AOD, IBM Analysis Studio, Query Studio, etc.)
