LKQ/Keystone Automotive is leading the way in automotive replacement parts. Due to tremendous growth, opportunities exist for customer service representative in our LaVergne call center. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
Responsibilities: answer inbound calls, order entry, up-selling, cross selling, follow-up, warehouse and outside sales communication, and interacting with insurance companies and collision repair facilities throughout the Tennessee area.
Experience: fast-paced, high-volume work environment, strong background in a call center or heavy phone volume environment, attention to detail, customer service follow-through, good verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, familiarity with computer order processing and Outlook knowledge is a must. Automotive background and/or bilingual skills are a plus.
