Job Summary: Responsible for data entry, clerical office support, and sales support.



Essential Job Duties:


  • Data Entry - Create sales orders, monitor and communicate all tracking information as it relates to pending orders and processed orders.

  • Clerical Assistance - Provide general office admin support. Maintain files and filing support.

  • Greet customers

  • Answer incoming calls.

  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:


  • Data entry skills must be accurate

  • Computer proficiency in Office products.

  • Punctual.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Customer service skills.

  • Team player


Education and Experience:


  • At least one year of data entry and customer service experience.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:


  • This position requires sitting with the ability to work at a keyboard continuously for several hours at a time.

  • Some standing, bending, and lifting.

  • Must be able to work in conditions of frequent interruptions.

  • Fast-paced.
