Job Summary:

Responsible for delivery and follow-up of operational, inventory, sales, technical, and application training. Travels to multiple locations to deliver on-site training, and evaluates current and new skill attainment. Provides effective feedback on employee proficiency and gaps to appropriate management.

Essential Job Duties:


•         Trains Field Operations Employees at new location startups, conversions, retraining, new implementations, and ensure training logs are completed and all participation tracked.


•         On-Site systems installation assistance working with IT Department.


•         Develops training materials and processes for effective training delivery.


•         Reviews and reinforces the use of eLearning programs where applicable.


•         Travels to different locations to help train on existing and new applications, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and high level performance.


•         Initiates and supports the continual improvement of LKQ's quality improvement system.


•         Assesses training needs by location for all positions in cooperation with local manager.


•         Responsible for all operational process training and associated software support training.


•         Reviews location training logs and eLearning logs prior to location visits.


•         Performs other duties as assigned.
