Job Description


  • Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales and gross profit related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity and profitability. Must collect sales records, call reports, and other key performance data need to accurately measure profit center, district and individual performance. The Financial Analyst will manage the sales commission and annual bonus program.


  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to increase sales productivity, growth and profitability
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute weekly \ monthly basis, sales and KPI reports to management
  • Evaluate sales performance measured against sales targets by individuals, profit center, districts, and regions
  • Analyze profitability by profit center and product lines
  • Use income statements and balance sheets from target companies to create standardized financial statements to be used in acquisition proformas
  • Assist in the development of monthly business review
  • Manage the document creation for sales commission and sales force goals and objectives
  • Manage reporting of sales rep assignment by customer
  • Support creation of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Support and coordinate business meetings
  • Support the minimal administrative needs of Senior Managers

Job Requirements


  • B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Finance required.
  • 3+ years related job experience
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to decipher, analyze, and manage large, dynamic datasets
  • Knowledge of and experience using advanced Microsoft Excel functions including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, along with the creation of dependent drop down lists, pivot tables, and dual access charts
  • At least 3 years of financial analysis experience and superior excel skills preferred
  • Minimal travel required
