Job Description

1. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.2. Responsible for completing other duties / task’s assigned.3. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.4. Research questions using all available information resources5. Convey complex technical solutions to novice end users6. Follow all operational procedures / Log all pertinent communications with internal & external CX’s7. Administer various applications8. Assess / redirect problems to appropriate resource as needed9. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention10. Track and route problems / incidents / request and document resolutions11. Stay current with system information, changes and updates12. Communicate important issues with the team.13. Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries’ qualityimprovement system.14. Rotating weekly On call responsibilities.

1. At least 2 years of customer service experience.2. High school diploma or G.E.D.3. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have the abilityto work well with others. Basic knowledge of employment laws regarding compensation is required.Computer, 10-key calculator, multi-user telephone system, copier, fax machine, and Microsoft Office software.Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position requires sitting and typing for longperiods of time. Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive todetail.
