  Job Description:

•Selling recycled and aftermarket auto parts over the phone

•Establishing customer base through calling inactive accounts and cold calling

•Marketing our company to potential and repeat customers / Building interpersonal business relationships with customers

•Fielding inbound phone calls and completing customer orders as needed

•Using outstanding selling skills to close and overcome any objections

•Addressing and resolving customers' issues and refers to management when needed

•Contributing to the LKQ Team by meeting or exceeding individual and company sales goals
 
  
Requirements:

•2-5 years of sales experience is preferred

•Must have a passion for the automotive industry

•Self-motivated and fast paced individual with serious work ethic

•Knowledge of basic computers skills (Windows, Internet Explorer, Outlook…etc)

•Good organizational and communication skills

•Professional phone skills / Good decision maker

•Automotive experience is a plus (parts sales, parts managers, estimators, adjusters)
