Job Requirements

Responsibilities:



Answer inbound calls, quote entry, up-selling, and interacting with insurance companies and collision repair facilities throughout the entire nation.





Experience:



Fast-paced, high-volume work environment, strong background in a call center or heavy phone volume environment, attention to detail, customer service follow-through, good verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, familiarity with computer order processing and Outlook knowledge is a must. Automotive background and/or bilingual skills are a plus.
