Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

    1. Ensure that proper use of Health, Safety and Equipment practices are adhered to by all direct reports and visitors to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
    2. Manages customer inventories \ consignments in accordance with company policy and customer expectation.
    3. Assesses present product systems in use and identifies opportunities to increase sales by focusing on additional /related products.
    4. Assist in the introduction of new products to assigned customers.
    5. Support all PBE product sales specials.
    6. Contact the appropriate team member when customer technical issues arise.
    7. Responsible for the maintenance of company assets including but not limited to mixing machines, color documentation, color formulation retrieval systems.
    8. Support the implementation of new customer mixing machine system.
    9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
  2. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
  3. Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
  4. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
  5. Must have knowledge of paint, chemical aspects and refinishing.
  6. 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred
  7. Knowledge in auto industry a plus
