Job Description

Production Techs needed in Wheel Paint, Wheel Polish, Wheel Weld, and Receiving

The right candidate must have a good eye for detail, great dexterity, the ability to work at a fast a steady pace, reliability, and have the ability to work alone or with a team of people.

This position is responsible for re-manufacturing and dailyinventory control. This individual may assist in more than one phase ofproduction.

Some of the responsibilities for the position include:


  • Identify wheel/bumper cores daily for inventory
  • Separate cores based on “non-usable', which are thrown away and “usable', which are prioritized for production
  • Physically inventory entire core yard weekly
  • Assist in shipping and receiving process
  • Assist in the cleaning and straightening process
  • Assist in the welding process
  • Assist in the color coat (painting) and polishing process
  • Assist in the hand detail process
  • Assist in the machining (CNC Lathe) process
  • Assist in the powder coat process
  • Assist in the final inspection and packaging process
  • Responsible for productivity and quality control for assigned production process
  • Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas

Job Requirements

  • Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent desired
  • Prior painting, sanding, and machining experience preferred
