We are currently looking for Shuttle Drivers in two different shifts to join our establishedand growing company at our location in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  The schedule for one of these full-timepositions is Monday – Friday 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM.  The schedule for the other full time-positionis Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

 

Please note, due to DOT requirements, the minimum agefor this position is 21 years of age, and applicants must have a Class A CDLlicense.

JobSummary: Operates a truck to deliver company transfers and customerorders, manually loads/unloads truck, verifies parts unloaded, obtainssignatures from receiving location confirming accuracy of parts unloaded, andbrings returns back to the warehouse.

 

EssentialJob Duties:

1. Drivesa truck to transfer product between locations, wholesaler and drop boxlocations in outlying markets.

2. Picksup truck at the warehouse and may load truck according to safety standardsand to ensure product integrity. Verifies the condition of the truck, themanifest and other paperwork associated with the delivery.

3. Drivesto the destination and physically unloads the truck, verifies parts unloaded,obtains signature of receiving location confirming the accuracy of partsshown on the order and those received, and signs off on the integrity of whatwas loaded at the location.

4. Makesproper notations on the manifest, or provides credit memos on parts beingreturned to the locations, wholesalers and drop boxes.

5. Picksup stock purchase orders or buy out purchase orders from vendors on vendor“fill in' purchase orders and bring parts back to the location.

6.Maintains all DOT driver logs of hours and related records.

7. Goesthrough check in process when returning to the location to verify parts andpaperwork.

8. Mayturn in all paperwork to the Accounting Department after check in.

9.Complies with established company policies and procedures.

10.Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone AutomotiveIndustries’ quality improvement system.

11.Assumes other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

BasicQualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education,Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):

 

Education& Experience: One year of driving and warehouse related experience,supplemented by on-the-job training, to learn duties, nature of workperformed, procedures and work methods. Forklift certified, beneficial. Mustpossess a valid driver license with the proper endorsement for driving a oneton delivery vehicle, and an acceptable driving record. Must meet theDepartment of Transportation’s testing and physical requirements. Must be at least 21 years of age.  Class A CDL required. 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must beattentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able tocommunicate effectively with others. Must have the flexibility to workvariable schedules, including weekends. Must be familiar with the company'sproducts, and warehouse methods, techniques and procedures.

 

EssentialPhysical Demands/Work Environment: This position requiresindividuals to occasionally be on their feet except when operating machinery,or Company vehicle. Should not have any lifting restrictions and must not beafraid of heights. They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk,push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 75 pounds regularly.They must be able to climb ladders, stairs and withstand heights of more than15 feet.
